Construction Progress

Floors from 1 to 5 poured and post-tensioned.

Stairs, stairwells and liftshaft have progressed in tandem with the floor slabs.

Compartmental block works have now progressed to the third floor.

All target dates and work schedules have been achieved, work is progressing rapidly and is currently ahead of schedule.

The sixth floor was poured on September 18, 2006.

The top floor slab was poured on Wednesday, September 27th. Provision was made on this slab for the swimming pool/jaccuzzi.

The blockwork is complete up to and including the third level.

As of Saturday , October 27, 2006, The concrete structure for the Tara Court Condominium is complete through the 7th floor ceiling structure. Concrete work on the roof-top pool and deck area is now at 60% completion with all deck, columns beams, pool enclosure poured Interior wall partioning block work and wall rendering is complete through to the fourth floor. Sanitary lines, water lines and sprinkler system are now at 40% completion above grade.

November 15, Blockwork and rendering completed through the 5th Floor. All of the rooftop swimming pool support columns and beams are now complete up to roof deck level. Structural shaft for elevator complete. Plumbing and electrical rough-in complete through level 3. Drop edge on perimeter slab complete on the first floor and underway on 2nd and 3rd floor.

As of December 31st the concrete work from the parking level to the roof deck on Tara Court is now 97% complete. Interior block wall rendering is complete up through the 6th floor, electrical and mecahnical work is complete throught the fourth floor,. The perimeter trim and rendering on the exterior has begun, and interior finish-out of units is underway. Wrought iron balcony railing has also begun on the first level along with balcony gypsum ceilings. Model units in the building are also underway and expected completion of these units is the end of January. The building is on schedule for completion the summer of 2007.

As of Feb 9, 2007. Exterior finishing is continuing on the building exterior rendering is now 90% compete. Exterior balcony railing is now being installed on the 2nd and 3rd levels. two model unit interiors on the 2nd level are approaching completion and will open for showing by February 15. Interior Electrical is complete up through the 5th floor . Romm interior tiling is also underway on 2nd and 3rd levels. Room tiling on the 2nd level will complete by February 15th. The construction of Tara Court is now one month ahead of the original schedule.
